Careers at Kinvara Bay Veterinary Clinic

We are always interested in hearing from people who enjoy working with animals. Kinvara Bay Veterinary Clinic was set up as an equine veterinary practice in 2015 and added a small animal clinic in 2022.

Veterinary is a very dynamic and rewarding career. To be able to help animals and their owners gives us immense satisfaction. The hours are not always regular 9-5 but we strive to start early and finish on-time. If you are thinking that a career in veterinary could be for you why not drop us a line.

We aim to accommodate second and third level students in their extra-mural studies. Similarly, we are always happy to meet vets who might be travelling along the Wild Atlantic Way from anywhere in the world so drop in and say hello.

Positions Available

Part-Time Receptionist

This position has now been filled – thank you for your interest.

We currently have no open positions available.

Currently we could use a part-time receptionist to cover for our amazing front of house person, Linda, when she needs to take time away. Full training will be given and a supportive and friendly work environment is assured. This role may suit someone who is living in the area and can dip in and out of employment. Some experience in handling animals is beneficial but more important is a cheery disposition and an ability to work in a team.
